When people ask me when is a good time to buy a house or property, I tell them...yesterday! Houses and properties are an investment similar to the stock market, but rarely does anybodys property become worthless when properly maintained. You should buy a house as soon as possible if you are renting or leasing. You are paying a mortgage either way, but if you dont own the property, you are paying the actual property owners mortgage, then they get the tax breaks from the fruits of YOUR labors. Interest rates are historically low; most people disqualify themselves because they think they could not afford the payment.
